Every now and then our guys get a chance to build their resume with some work they haven’t done before. Adam boldly took on this project for ‘floating shelves’ — and they turned out strong enough to hold a horse. Well, maybe only a toy horse…but they sure are sturdy! Isn’t it magic how they just kind of float there on the wall?
The finished custom handmade wood cabinet turned out fantastic! It blends in nicely with the rest of the room.
Phil is working on a handmade wood dual sink vanity for a job we’re doing in Northeast Portland.
The vanity is installed over an electric radiant heated floor. You can see the start of the tile backsplash, the wall cutouts for medicine cabinet mirrors and the perfect fit between the bathtub and wall.
…stay tuned for more to come, including the countertop, sinks, mirrors, completed tile and finished flooring!
So when you think of your construction projects you don’t have to think ‘Home Depot’. Here’s an example of a custom built adornment that cost wise would be on the level with a mid-level towel bar.
Chances are if you can describe what you want it to look like, we could build it!
